We aim to send all orders placed before 1pm as Next Day delivery.

The vast majority of orders sent before 1pm are sent out the same day, however we can’t guarantee this as there may be a lot of bespoke orders to package up which can cause a delay.

We process orders in the sequence they are received, so if you need your order in a rush please send us a message and we will do our best to prioritise.

All orders over 2kg are shipped using DPD Next Day delivery.

Orders under 2kg are shipped using the Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked service.

We take great care when packing our products to give them the best chance of reaching you in perfect condition however deliveries are not always as smooth as they should be. We wrap all of our buckets in plastic to keep them airtight. So even if the bucket is damaged in transit (which we hope it is not) the contents will arrive in a perfectly usable condition.

If the bucket does arrive damaged, we apologise for this, but don’t worry as it happens to only a very small percentage of our orders.

We are currently upgrading our buckets to be heavy duty.
