This product is pre-mixed and ready to be used straight out of the bag.

If needed a small amount of water can be added to change the consistency.

Lime Mortar

Made using traditional methods of slaking calcium oxide with the addition of well graded aggregates to form a traditional heritage mortar.

Ideal for period properties made from stone and brick.

Safety:

Calcium Hydroxide Ca(OH)2

H315 Causes skin irritation

H318 Causes serious eye damage

H335 May cause respiratory irritation

P102 Keep out of reach of children

P280 Wear protective gloves/ clothing and eye protection

P302 If on skin wash with plenty of water

P305 If in eyes rinse with water for several minutes

Applications:

- Use as is for pointing brick and stonework.

- Add in hair to use for base coat lime plastering.

Protect all lime products from frost, wind and direct sunlight.

Regularly mist lime products with water to prevent rapid drying.

“Knock up” mortar before use (give it a good mix).
